Romana Investments Ltd. was founded by Wilhelm (Bill) Gill in 1970, with the intent of developing residential and commercial properties throughout the Lower Mainland. Romana Investments is the investment arm of BCG Construction (later Gill and Son Construction and now HaloStar Development Corporation).

And in concert with its partners, Porte Realty Ltd. and West Coast Planners, have completed many residential and industrial projects.
